Hi,

Our customer tried the same settings as in the EVM datasheet, but the output amplitude is not as calculated.
If you know what the cause is, could you please let me know?

The circuit has not been changed, so the input gain remains 1.
The input signal is also 7.27kHz/300mVpp.

No actual sensor is connected, but a 7.27kHz signal generator output is connected to the input of the EVM.

Have you seen any guidance - data sheet, user's guide, or forum/blog - for connecting a signal generator to the input?

How are you connecting the signal generator to the input? Is it DC or AC coupled?

Our customer has stated that they are using an AC coupled 300mVpp input, based on the datasheet and EVM UG.
The circuit is exactly as shown in EVM UG Figure 9, with no changes.

We are having bad weather in Dallas today and tomorrow, so we are being told to work remotely.

Hiroshi-san,

I was able to set up an EVM as shown in your exmaple.

With the settings give earlier in your thread, I was getting about 4V of deflection on the output as shown in the image below.

If the integration time constant field in the GUI was changed from '10' to '9' the output increased from 4V to about 4.3V.
So it looks like there is some variation in the output levels versus the time constant settings.
