    Hi Ryker,

    The best P2P device to replace the MAX485ESA is the THVD1420DR (12Mbps) or THVD1520DR (10Mbps). THVD1400DR could also work but the main difference is that it only supports up to 500kbps. Note that the THVD14XX series supports either 3.3V or 5V supply.
