I am using the part DP83826ERHBR (In Basic Mode). And I have selected the crystal part 445I23D25M00000 (25MHz, 18pF load capacitance, +/-20ppm frequency tolerance and 40 Ohm ESR) as a crystal input for the PHY.

Request you to verify the crystal part selected.
