(1) Please check if there is a separate usage method or separate document such as Manual or IBIS-AMI Check List when providing the TDP2004 IBIS AMI Model.

There is no such document in the file you sent, and I am contacting you to confirm because the model is not working properly.

(2) The following error occurs when using TDP2004 IBIS AMI Model.

(3) Please also request the company to provide PSPICE Model for TDP2004.

Any chance you can send me your Keysight ADS workbench?

Unfortunately we do not have a PSPICE model available for TDP2004.

The analysis tool used in the simulation was the Circuit Tool of Ansys Electronics Desktop, which simulated the IBIS-AMI model.

Ansys Electronics Desktop 24R1 topology is attached

If a workbench file is needed, I will attach it after separate work.
Work is needed when extracting only TDP2004.

Hi,

The model was generated for Keysight ADS simulator, we never verified the model in the Ansys Electronics Desktop. Any chance you can run the simulation in ADS simulator?

Currently Keysight ADS simulator is not available.
It would be great if you could support it in Ansys Electronics Desktop in the future.
