DS90CF364A: S/O#313110 (PN#DS90CF364AMTDX/NOPB)

Part Number: DS90CF364A

Tool/software:

Hi,

Good day.

May I know if the marking provided in below picture is belongs to PN#DS90CF364AMTDX/NOPB or not?

As showed inside datasheet, the correct marking should be with ">B" but the received part is with "911.0".

Can you please review and advise if the received part is correct or not?

Why the marking is different if compared with datasheet?

Thanks.

Regards,

Kent

  • Hi Kent,

According to the datasheet table you shared, the "Device Marking" column also refers to notes 4 and 5:

    (4) There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device.

    (5) Multiple Device Markings will be inside parentheses. Only one Device Marking contained in parentheses and separated by a "~" will appear on a device. If a line is indented then it is a continuation of the previous line and the two combined represent the entire Device Marking for that device.

So this is the same part you ordered. If you want I could look into what the number below means exactly, or you could also reach out to any TI supply or marketing contacts you may have since they might be more familiar with this information.

    Best regards,
    Ikram
