Tool/software:
I want to design one board using media convertor concept and it will convert RGMII to 1000Base-X(copper to fiber mode) without using MAC interface.
I strucked in design part of this and queries are:-
1. I dont want to use MAC interface then where should i connect GTX_CLK that is 125MHz input for RGMII mode?
2. Whether copper to fiber(RGMII to 1000Base-X) mode is poosibe without MAC interface?
3. Please help me for schematic design part for this IC because i strucked in strap option and clock related section?
