DP83TC811R-Q1: DP83TC811RWRNDRQ1 package

Part Number: DP83TC811R-Q1

Tool/software:

Which is the correct PKG for DP83TC811RWRNDRQ1? Is the PKG on the right the same product?
There is no description in DS.

  • Hi,

    Do you mean the package?

It is RHA - VQFN (36).

The package of these two devices are the same, yes.

The different letters/numbers refer to different assembly time, sites, and lots.

Is this for a new project?

    Best regards,

    Melissa

  • Hi,melissa

Thanks for getting back to me.
What I want to ask is that the shape of the lead looks different on the left and the right.
You can see the lead on the right, right?
It looks like the PKG is different.
It used to be the left and suddenly the right was delivered and the customer is confused.

  • Hi,

I am checking with the team internally about these particular lots/assembly sites to see if there are any differences. To confirm, both devices can be soldered in the same way right?

Is DP83TC811RWRNDRQ1 the orderable part number you used? Were these ordered directly off ti.com?

    Best regards,

    Melissa

  • Hi,

Both packages are qualified at TI for the DP83TC811RWRNDRQ1 electrical test program and are identical in dimensions for the leads and DAP to use for our customers. TI has qualified several AT-Assembly/Test locations and customer can expect to get them from different AT sites.

They will function the same. I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Melissa

  • Melissa-san,

    Good day.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I will answer the customer by saying the same.
One thing I would like to say is that the customer will be concerned if the appearance changes (even if it is electrically the same).

    Best regards,

    Sako
