Update the right information:

They have compared D package and DYY package of TCAN1145-Q1 and found only D package can't be waked up in -40℃. Why D package's temperature performance is worse than DYY package? Thanks a lot.

What method are they using for wake up? Does that happens to all their D package chip or only a few units?

Hi Sean,

They use WUF method to wake up. They have tested 9PCS of D package and there are 6PCS which happened this issue. Please give us some suggestion. And they feedback that -40℃ is the mandatory demand for automotive project.

• Test condition: Cool down to -40℃ after TCAN1145-Q1 entering sleep mode and keep 20min. And then wake up with WUF.

Besides, do we have some temperature test reports could be provided to customer?

Sorry for the waiting as I just got back from holiday. Both D and DYY package are rated to work within normal operation at -40C. What was the VSUP voltage at that temperature? Did it drop below undervoltage threshold at low temperature? After they sent the WUF, did CANINT interrupt set?
