DS320PR810: can it support sata protocal?

Yes, the DS320PR810 device can support SATA applications (and most AC coupled interfaces).

Please note that this device provides maximum CTLE gain at 16GHz (PCIe 5.0) data rates, so the CTLE gain applied by the DS320PR810 at SATA data rates (0.75GHz, 1.5GHz, 3GHz) will inherently be a bit lower due to the shape of the device's CTLE gain curve.
