TFP410: TFP410 design question check

Hi,

Please see my response below, 

1. Could you provide a reference application circuit for the HDMI transmitter TPP410?

2. The TFP410 does not handle the HDMI DDC signal. The DDC can be connected to the FPGA IO 3.3V via 5V to 3.3V level shift?

Via 5V to 3.3V level shift, you can use an I2C level shifter such as TCA9509.

3. Can you provide the register settings (usually for .c file) that will require device initialization ?

The TFP410 can be configured in pin strap mode, it does not need I2C register programming.
