We only have the board file available in Allegro format, but you can convert it to Altium format. Please see this link on how to convert, https://www.altium.com/documentation/altium-designer/allegro-import#importing-when-allegro-is-not-on-the-same-pc-as-altium-designer.

Yes, the Allegro format is OK as well.
