Can you help me identify this device?

The datasheet gives no indication of how to tell the difference between the H and non-H variant, but this is important to me as the H variant can withstand 70V rather than 58V

Is there any way to interpret to code 2BAJZNM? Does the G4 suffix indicate the G (CAN-FD) variant

    Hi Michael,

    This unit is TCAN1043HG-Q1. Unfortunately there is no other method to tell the variant from the chip appearance, we can only look that up using our internal system with the lot trace code on the chip.
