Hey ENET Team,

I have a customer working with the DP83TD510E for a project and we have a question regarding the USB-2-MDIO Tool that we're hoping you can help to provide guidance on. See below!

Is there more documentation that describes the script commands for the USB-2-MDIO tool? We’d like to continuously poll register 0A85 (SQI) on our DP83TD510 eval board in 1 second increments. We thought this would have been straightforward but can’t find much reference past basic single-read operations.

Hi Matt,

USB-2-MDIO supports scripting reads/writes, but unfortunately does not have capability to set delay between transactions.

Example script is shown in Section 2.3.5 of user guide:

0A85
0A85
...

end

Script may need to be modified using indirect register access procedure to access 0xA85.

We also provide another GUI for register access that supports periodic register polling:
