TUSB2036: Low Speed Devices Don't Work With CM4

Part Number: TUSB2036

Tool/software:

Differences in schematic:
- *BUSPWR (PIN 8) resistor has been removed and the pin is shorted to GND.
- NPINT0 (PIN 22) resistor has been removed and the pin is shorted to +3V3USB

Issue:
We are using a CM4 along with the TUSB2036. All full speed devices work fine however when we try to use a low speed device such as a keyboard/mouse, they do not seem to work. I have seen various threads related to this issue and I am hoping it is an issue with our setup and not the TUSB2036. We are getting the same waveforms as seen in this thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/interface-group/interface/f/interface-forum/1167088/tusb2036-connection-problem/4480450?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=tusb2036%20cm4#4480450 . Should we select a different hub? Thank you
