TCAN1051H-Q1: What are the trade-offs in selecting a variant with a higher Bus Fault protection?

Tool/software:

I understand the difference between the HVDQT part and VDQT is the increased Bus Fault Protection that the H variant provides however I would like to know if there are any other downsides or trade-offs we must consider by using the higher Bus Fault protection (+/-70V) vs the lower protection (+/-58V)?
