I saw each RIN have an internal 5k Ohm resistor to GND in datasheet.
Are they really internal pull-down resistors?
I worry about if those internal 5k Ohm resistors will conflict with external 100k Ohm pull-up resistors.
The UART pins are boot mode configuration pins in AM64x processor during POR period.
