TS3DV20812: Can i use this device for non differential signal MUX?

Yes, you can. You would just need to use only the + pins on the signal paths, and leave - pins floating.

However, for a lower bandwidth signaling like SPI or I2C, I would recommend a simpler mux, such as the TS3USB221 or the TMUXHS221.
