Hi Sir,

Could you please explain why the TPD1E01B04-Q1 devices have the different colors for the pin-out appearance?

purchased TPD1E01B04-Q1 D/C is 2446.

Hi Sir,

The customer purchased this item from the Distributor Arrow(TW), and received them on Jan 8, 20205. (these items D/C is 2446.)
They applied for the free sample from TI.com, just used for the device acknowledgement.

They confused the why same items have different colors for the pin-out appearance. Could you please explain this issue? Thanks!

Hi Henry,

Thanks for the information. Will you also send pictures of the topside marking on both devices?

There shouldn't be any difference in appearance which is why I am asking questions. I am trying to understand more before giving an answer.

My guess right now is humidity corrosion, but it's not common. Could you also send over a picture of the label on the bags the devices came in?
