Hi,

The TDP0604 implementation looks ok in your schematic.

If you need 8kV ESD testing (or higher), I recommend adding 2-ohm series resistors on the data and clk signal lines between the TDP0604 and the HDMI connector. This is Resd described in the datasheet:
