DS90UB960-Q1: Switch non-sync mode to sync mode for 935

Hi Darrah,

We cannot locally setting 935, there is no MCU on camera side.

For soc on 960 side to config 935, do we have to let 960 switch to non-sync mode first to config 935?

Local communication is recommended because the mismatched modes can impact the ability of the devices to lock and communicate. If communication is not stable, the register write to the serializer may not go through properly. Is it not possible to update the serializer board so that the proper mode is strapped at start up?

I recommend customer to do like this:

config 960 in non-sync mode-->935-960 link lock-->config 935 to sync mode-->config 960 to sync mode-->935-960 link lock

Is this ok?
