Dear team,

Do TSM24CA-Q1 or any other TVS from TI support IEC60060 impulse test? Detail is not disclosed but pulse width = 1us, pulse frequency = 10ms, peak voltage=+/- 2kV is applied via coupling capacitor.

    Hi Yuto,

    I don't have access to this standard, but from what I could find online it seems like this standard references the (1.2/50us) open circuit voltage waveform.

    If this is true, our datasheets refer to the same pulse. We reference the short circuit current waveform (8/20us), but this refers to the same pulse.

    Can you confirm if this is the same pulse you're referring to?
