Hi,

Unfortunately we do not have a IBIS-AMI model available for DPHY440, we only have encrypted HSPICE model available for DPHY440.

Hi,

You can use the same model for SN75DPHY440SS , but please note since we are no longer able to provide support for the model since we do not have the encrypted HSPICE license anymore.
