Hi,

We are looking for HDMI2.1 4CH TVS, we found our competitor EZ0P33P2NA mentiond it support HDMI2.1.

I checked TPD4E02B04 CL is 0.25pF similar with EZ0P33P2NA 0.28pF.

But Ccross is bigger than EZ0P33P2NA 0.05pF.

Just want double check TPD4E02B04 is also suitable and verified on HDMI2.1 application. thanks!

Hi Jeff,

This TVS diode has a low enough capacitance it can support HDMI2.1 speeds, which would be 12Gbps max per lane.

Based on the nyquist frequency, we can estimate the signal frequncy to be the data rate/ 2, so 6Ghz.

Based on the insertion loss plot for this device we can support signal speeds well above 6Ghz before reaching the -3dB attenuation point near 10Ghz.
