Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ALP, DS90UB983-Q1EVM
Tool/software:
Our DS90UB984-Q1EVM evaluation board is detected as a Human Interface Device by MS Windows when connected with the PC via USB.
The DS90UB984 profile folder is placed in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010\Profiles\" folder.
When the Analog LaunchPAD is started it complains that no 'ALP based USB boards' were detected.
We also have a DS90UB983-Q1EVM board which works fine with the ALP GUI.
We can access the DS90UB984-Q1EVM registers through the DS90UB983-Q1EVM 'remote registers' which are accessible via the ALP GUI when the DS90UB983-Q1EVM is connected to the PC and two boards are connected via FPD Link IV.
Is it possible our DS90UB984-Q1EVM board's USB port is broken?
