DP83869HM: autoneg doesn't seem to work properly in RGMII -> SGMII bridge mode

I've seen quite a lot of topics speaking about the DP83869HM problematic fiber autoneg feature, but couldn't find the answers I'm looking for.

Here's our setup:

Our issue presents itself when a copper SFP module is inserted. From what I understand the DP83869 never does a SGMII autonegociation with the SFP module. The Linux associated driver dp83869.c let me think there are some known issues with it.

Hence, unless I manually set a speed (100,10) I don't have a working link.

Any idea how I could make that autoneg to work ?
