Hello. I tried to add MPN SN75ALS162 in Pspice but not available. How to enable this MPN ? Thanks.

    Hi Azlan,

    From what I can see, we don't have a p-spice model for this device. This device is considered a legacy device so we also won't be generating one.

    Thanks Bobby for the reply. Is there any equivalent MPN or almost similar MPN that I can use in my simulation ?

    So I looked at the family of devices on ti.com. The three GPIB transceiver devices we have are the SN75ALS 160,161, and 162. None of the product pages for these devices have any modeling done for them (we always put the models on the product pages for customers to find/use).

    The only thing we really have is the schematic of the pins shown in the datasheets but I don't know what the current gain is on the BJTs. The output circuit looks like it's an open drain configuration so maybe you could try to emulate an open drain driver.
