Hi expert.

Customer's PCB uses our DS90UB928Q-Q1, currently customers need to work at ambient temperature 60℃, 90% ambient humidity, 1000 hours of continuous operation, Whether our chips can support it or not, can we provide some data on the endurance of the chips to our customers

    Hi Colt,

    The temperature level is within specifications for the 928, and we do not have any time-based limits for continuous operation. For the ambient humidity, did you mean 90% RH (relative humidity)? I am checking with the team about the %RH level to report back to you.

    Hi Colt,

    You could also share with the customer that the device is qualified for AEC-Q100 standards and HAST test is done, as well as HTOL. You can also request PPAP for further information.
