TCAN11625-Q1: burn program to MCU by CAN issue, interrupted by MCU reset

Hi Team,

My customer BorgWarner has faced a situation that when they want to burn the program to MCU by CAN. The MCU will pull low nRST because of MCU itself reset. And then TCAN11625-Q1 will enter reset mode which will cut off power supply for MCU. 

This process will be stuck if reset issue can't be solved.

Could you share more solutions on this to solve burn program by CAN issue? Thanks!

    Hi Josh,

    It's the issue of their MCU configuration, should not be a question for our CAN transceiver, how nRST works is as shown in the datasheet.

    If they don't want reset power supply, why their MCU will pull nRST low?

    Can they configure the time of nRST being pulled low? t < 15us will not be recognized as a reset signal.
