Hi Taku,

Please help note that the specified is for across temp. Hence:

1.5 uA is the specified max for low, normal and high temp.
14 uA is the specified max for low, normal and high temp, thanks.

Hi,

In the data sheet, the temperature characteristics graphs for ICC and IIO at VIO = 3.3 V.
When VIO pin is opened I would like to check the temperature characteristics of ICC and IIO. Can I get a graph?

Hi Taku,

Unfortunately, VIO is crucial for proper operation i.e., leaving open implies the device will not be powered correctly and we will not be able to guarantee the functionality of the device.

Hence, we would not collect data outside the data sheet's recommended conditions and do not have the graph. However, you may expect the currents to be very low (lower than the specified when powered) since the device will be unpowered and the logic levels cannot be established without a valid VIO connection, thanks.

Thanks for confirmation. With that in mind, would the ICC vs IIO curve be different when comparing cases with using VIO = 3.3V and NC?

The design team confirmed devices without VIO will observe higher Icc (i.e., figure 6-3 Icc curves to look like figure 6-4 for devices without VIO), thanks.
