In the datasheet there is pull up resistor at the SCLK, SDI, nCS, RXD, TXD pin.

How about other pins (especially nINT/SDO pin)? No internal pull up/down?

Hi Hirata-san,

nINT/SDO is an open drain output, there is no internal pullup/down.
