DS10BR150: IBIS model for VCC=1.8V

Part Number: DS10BR150

Tool/software:

Hi,

I'm using the DS10BR150 model "ds10br150.ibs" file to check LVDS SI feasibility simulation using 1.8V of VCC by sweeping from 100MHz - 500MHz (200Mbps - 1Gbps), Min case/Temp 85C as the worst. In the datasheet, 3.0-3.6V of VCC range is recommended. But I need to evaluate this model with 1.8V.

So, can you confirm if this file is ok to use for my simulation conditions? Or if this model isn't suitable for 1.8V, could you recommend me other models for LVDS?

As an test run,

I swept the VCC 4.0V - 1.8V. But all the differential swing level (positive output - negative output node) was varying according to the VCC. Even the swing when 2.5V VCC is smaller than the case of 1.8V VCC. It's not what I expected. So I need help to understand this file.
