DP83TG720R-Q1: Schematic review

Thanks for filling out the checklist. See below comments on where the schematic differs from our recommendations.

1. We advise customer leaves the option to isolate connector ground from board ground for EMC concerns, though this is optional. It will depend on if customer is using shielded or unshielded cable. If they're using shielded, then we recommend the isolation circuit.  

2. There are no series resistors on XO / XI pins. The 100Ohm resistor on XI pin is necessary. We also recommend at least a place holder for the series resistor on XO pin, in case they need to tune the crystal. 

3. External pullup is not required on RESET_N pin if they input the reset signal directly. Note that this should normally be LOW.

Note: There is not a specific package recommendation for capacitors on TRD_M & TRD_P pins.
