DS15BR400: 32-Pin WQFN (RTV0032A) Package Thermal Resistances

Part Number: DS15BR400

Tool/software:

Could you please provide the junction-to-board (JB) and junction-to-case (JC, top) thermal resistances for the 32-pin WQFN (RTV0032A) package?  The DS15BR400TSQ/NOPB datasheet only lists a junction-to-ambient (JA) thermal resistance.  Thank you.

    Hi,

    Please see below thermal resistance data.

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 32.6
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 18.2
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 12.6
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.2
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 12.5
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 2.9
