What does the customer mean by un-lock time? Can you provide an example?

For the lock time, it depends on the data rate. A way to check this is to input a signal and use the LOCK_N pin as an indicator.

Our customer actually needs to know the time from SDI turning to none signal to LOCK_N=Low time.

Hi Toshiro-san,

LOCK_N goes high when the CDR lock condition is not met. I think the unlock time will depend on the signal generator because of the capacitors on SDI signal generators and the AC coupling capacitors on the TL. Designing a test to verify the actual unlock time would need to incorporate the signal generator to get the turn off timestamp. I currently don't have this information, but can look into it if the customer needs the information.
