TCAN4550: RST pin internal pull-down resistor

May I ask what the value of the internal pull-down resistor on the RST PIN of the TCAN4550 is?

We need to use a pull-up resistor to keep the RST pin in the reset state until the OS startup is complete. Is a 10K pull-up resistor suitable?

    Hi Kung,

    The internal pull-down resistance is greater than 500kΩ as implied by the input leakage current range datasheet specification when the RST pin is set to the VIO voltage level of 5.25V.  An external 10kΩ should be sufficient to hold the RST pin above the high-voltage input voltage threshold.
