Dear Team,

We are using TCAN4550 with iMX8DXL processor. As it is a dual-core processor, is there a method or example that would enable CAN-related tasks, such as SPI transmission, to function in a single core?

    Hi Ankita,

    I would assume so, but this is not the correct forum for support on the NXP iMX8DXL processor. Most processors I am familiar with that have multiple cores can operate with only a single core, but my expertise is with the TCAN4550 and not with the iMX8DXL.

    This is a TI support forum and I can help answer any questions you may have that are specific to the TCAN4550 register configuration, pin and hardware configuration, etc.  I'm sorry I can't help you with your single core question, but If you have any questions relating to the TCAN4550 configuration, please feel free to ask those in this forum.
