Tool/software:
We have a TUSB8044AEVM 4 port hub eval board and are having problems with the EEPROM Programming Utility (TUSB80xx_EEPROM_Programmer_V1.0.0.1) using Windows 10.
I am getting a similar error like some other users on this forum.
"No attached TUSB840 device was found. This program will now exit."
The switches SW1_3 and SW1_4 on to enable the I2C pullups. All other switches are off. We are using a AT24C08C EEPROM and have replaced it twice. I have tried a USB 3.0 cable as well as USB 2.0 cable. Also uninstalled and reinstall the programmer utility.
Windows device manager reports two usb ports when connected with usb 3.0 cable. The hub seems to fully function.
Can you please tell what I'm doing wrong? What is the magic?
