[CPU] <-- communication --> [PD controller IC] <--- Charging/Discharging and Communication --> [USB PD battery pack]

Our PDs do not support these CPUs, and are mostly supported in intel reference designs. Sadly, I can not offer you a solution or a recommendation at this time.
