Tool/software:

For the THVD2450V device, what are the min, typical, max values of the integrated pull-down resistor on the DE pin?  On the RE# pin?  On the D pin?

    The electrical characteristics show that the input current (the sum of resistor and leakage currents) is at most 5 µA, so the minimum resistor value is VIO / 5 µA. Other characteristics are not specified. If you want to increase the noise margin, add a stronger resistor.
