TFP410: TFP410 - Compliance Issue

Part Number: TFP410

Tool/software:

Dear team,

We are encountering an RE issue with the TFP410PAP IC used in our design. We have observed that adjusting the TFADJ pin can reduce the output voltage swing.

Currently, we use a 510E resistor for the TFADJ pin to achieve a V(SWING) between 400mV and 600mV, as specified in the datasheet. To further reduce the voltage swing, should we decrease or increase the resistance value of the TFADJ pin resistor? Additionally, could you please provide the minimum and maximum allowable resistance range for the TFADJ pin resistor?

I have a follow-up question regarding the VREF pin. Currently, we have it pulled to DVDD supply for High-swing mode. To switch to Low-swing mode, the datasheet specifies a voltage range between 0.55 and 0.9, but also mentions a nominal voltage of VDDQ/2. Could you please clarify what VDDQ represents in this context? Additionally, do we need to change any IC supply or controller side IO supply if we are changing swing on the input side?
