DP83869HM: DP83869 Phy HW address is not detecting

Hi,

The PHY address is selectable by hardware bootstraps as shown below,

Please go through the attached schematic checklist and make sure your schematic is ok,

Can you also probe the voltage at RBIAS at power up? You should see 1V at RBIAS.

Hi David,

I checked RBias voltage. It is 0.989V

But the trouble is that the Vmood voltages are incorrect. However, the Rhi and Rlo values are right.
