Hi,

Which simulator are you using? Please note the model can only support and being verified in Keysight ADS simulator.

The simulator I am using is　HyperLynx.

Is there no AMI model that has been compiled with MinGW-w64?

Unfortunately we only have the model for the Keysight ADS, but you could apply for the free trial of the Keysight ADS: https://www.keysight.com/us/en/lib/resources/miscellaneous/apply-for-a-free-trial-1834446.html.
