TUSB9261: TUSB9261+Windows11 is not being recognized

Hi!

I'm useing TUSB9261 on my PCB.

Now, I am having an issue on a specific PC not being recognized.

PC is Windows11, CPU:i9-14900KF and Chipset:Z790-S01.

Don't being recognized.

Do you have any information about TUSB9261 not being recognized?

    Does this device recognize on other PC's? Which firmware are you using? Are you getting an indication of it not being recognized like a yellow bang, or is the TUSB9261 board not even enumerating?

    Another Windows11 PC is  recognized TUSB9261, but Windows11, CPU:i9-14900KF and Chipset:Z790-S01 's PC is not recognized.

    I'll look into the following.

    We don't have any new firmware, I was wondering if you are using one of the firmwares we provide on TI.com, or if you developed your own firmware.

    Would it be possible to gather more information about this working Windows 11 PC, such as the CPU or chipset? Any other differences would be good too.

    Anoter all PC is OK, CPU:i9-14900KF and Chipset:Z790-S01 's PC is not only recognized.

    USB TYPE C PC's connector:recognized , but not access SSD on TUSB9261

    USB TYPE A PC's connector:not recognized

    When it is recognized via the type-C, does it appear in device manager? What is it recognized as, I.E Disk Drive, other device. What is the name, VID and PID?

    Can you send over the schematic for this design for us to review as well?
