Hi team,

I am looking for a bidirectional ESD diode with signal port protection. The maximum signal level is 7V and I want the clamp voltage to be less than 18V. Do you have a suitable model?

Hi Ivy,

I would recommend TPD1E10B09 if this is not a high speed interface, it has the closest working voltage to the 7V max signal swing.

What signal type would this be protecting? (USB, HDMI, .. etc)
