We use DP83822HFRHBR ethernet PHY and TPD4E02B04QDQARQ1 TVS in our board.
In datasheet, PHY's TD and RD pins have absolute maximum voltage 6V and TVS clamping voltage starts from 6.6V @ 1A TLP.
Do you have recomended protection for this PHY?

For low voltage PHYs finding an ESD diode that clamps low enough can be difficult depending on the IEC 61000-4-2 robustness level you need to achieve.
It's important to note that the PHY's abs max ratings are for DC conditions, while clamping voltage is a transient spec. There may be a few volts margin between the DC abs max and transient failure voltage of the PHY.
What level of IEC ESD robustness do you need to achieve in your application? I see the PHY has an 8kV rating so I assume you're trying to go above that.
Our ESD diode with the best clamping performance at 3.6V that can support typical ethernet speeds per lane would be ESD321.
The clamping voltage will increase as the TLP current increases. The TLP current can be correlated with IEC ESD.
For example 16A TLP is roughly equivalent to an 8kV IEC 61000-4-2 strike.
