Hi Team,

Please help me understand the part where it is written that for Open circuit bus , Short circuit bus and idle, Please elaborate on this conditions.

For example: the input is connected to another RS485 Transceiver and it is not sending anything does it mean "Idle" and the output is high?

Hi Moral,

I would recommend looking into this app note:https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt324/slyt324.pdf

While it focuses more on external biasing, it has the same functionality and is built-in to THVD9491 (called internal biasing).

This is correct. R output will be high during this time.
