DS16F95QML-SP: NC pins connectivity

Hi TI,

We are using this part in a space application.

Can you please confirm that pins 8 & 9 of this 10-Lead Flatpack Package are not connected internally.

We will tie these used pins to ground, please confirm that this action will have no effect on device performance?

    I looked at the mount bond diagram for the device package and can confirm these pins are not electrically connected to the die. You can ties the NC's to GND without affecting electrical performance.
