TCAL9538: i cant able to find out footprint dimensions information in datasheet please provide

This would help with layout of the device. 

I understand your concern here. The RSV16 generic package view does not provide details on the actual dimensions.

The TI package search tool has the following information: 

Page 34 of the TMUX1209 datasheet has the dimensions for the RSV0016A package. This should be the same as the TCAL9538

TMUX1208 5-V Bidirectional 8:1, 1-Channel Multiplexer TMUX1209 5-V Bidirectional 4:1, 2-Channel Multiplexer datasheet (Rev. C)
