Hi Rustam,

Could you please clarify if you are looking for guidance on the target impedance for high speed pins, or the GND PAD of the device?

PCI Express Add-in-Cards have a recommended impedance of 85Ω (spec range is 70Ω-100Ω) for PCIe channels.
