Tool/software:
Hi,
I'm creating a board used as a bidirectional translator from CMOS to LVDS signals where the CMOS side, in certain cases, may be disconnected from the translator. When the DS91M040 is receiving (driving the LVDS) and the input pin is disconnected, will there need to be a weak pull-up/pull-down to ensure the input pin is not left floating, Or is this handled internally by the IC itself?
Many thanks,
Sam
